This is a time when lightworkers need to step up and claim their power. Doing so, however, can be quite exhausting physically, mentally and emotionally.
This is not a job for the faint of heart, but at the same time, you do not need to fight so hard that you get beaten down on a daily basis.
Just as important as claiming your power, is honoring your body, mind and spirit’s need to rest and rejuvenate.
Finding that time can be hard, and you might feel a little selfish, but you cannot help anyone else if you have no strength left.
Always in your schedule, make time for you. It is not an optional item, but a mandatory task. If all you can manage one day is five minutes, then take it and make the most of it.
Indulge in a great book, a cup of tea or turn on some restful music and meditate. If you are stressed, you can turn on some upbeat music and dance it off, letting the music re-energize you. Or just take a few moments to sit and daydream.
As lightworkers, we are the we are instruments of healing, helping the Angels by spreading the light.
In order to effectively do that, we must keep our own light shining brightly. Relax, recharge and rejuvenate, you are important and you deserve it.
