Everyday Release Rituals


If it seems like everyone’s emotions are on a hair trigger, they probably are. Lots of stress with the economy, the election and on the news.

You may pick up on the energy of others and feel their stress in addition to what you might be carrying.

The good news is: you don’t have to be affected by it, and if you are, you can consciously release it.

The full moon provides a magical boost to your efforts to release, but it isn’t necessary to wait for it. You can release the unwanted energies of others at any time.

Here are some suggestions for evening release rituals you might try at home:

  1. When you take a shower, imagine the water as white light cleaning and clearing each of your chakras as it hits the top of your head and rolls down your body.
  2. Write down anything that has bothered you during the day. Then get rid of the paper by tearing it up, burning it (safely) or burying it.
