Lighting Up the Holidays

I don't always feel like smiling when I wake up, but I do anyway because it makes me feel better and those feelings are contagious to others.

When you wake up after a poor night’s sleep, you have the option of acting grumpy and yelling at those around you. You could also, have an extra cup of coffee, smile and do the best you can to get through your day.

If you choose the latter option, you may notice something magical happens: If you sincerely try to create a better day, you will create one.

If you allow those negative feelings to release, you will attract positive ones.

Now, think of a really bad day that you had, and then think of a really good one. Which one felt better? Do you want to be the one pulling everyone’s vibration down, or the one lifting them up?

Accept your feelings, honor them, but do not let them control you. This is especially important in this time of diminished daylight when many suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder.

When we acknowledge the darkness, we know where to shine our light. Your Angels will tap you on the shoulder to remind you when to beam a little brighter, so that you can be a light in the darkness around you.
