It's a stormy day here in (usually) sunny Florida.
I spent much of the day outside enjoying the cooler weather. I know that when the storm ends, everything will be lovely and green.
While we tend to equate the rain with sadness and inconvenience, it is a necessary and healthy part of the environment.
You can see the cold, dampness, or the rejuvenating hydration.
When "sad" things happen in your life, you can choose to see only the pain, or you can see the release and healing opportunities they provide. You may not feel the healing right away, but if you trust that it is there, it will come.
When you learn to look for the rainbows in the rain, you will lead a truly blessed life.
