Meditation: The Best Medicine

Are you feeling beat up from all of these crazy, cosmic events?

You are not a victim of the stars, you are a star and you can shine your light or you can run and hide. 

If you are reading this, you probably would rather shine. 

You can be part of the world and still retain the ability to detach, just a bit, when things get rough. This is not the same as running away, it is simply controlling how events around you affect your energy.

We often become so much a part of the world, that we believe that the chaos around us is who we are. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The truth is: you are a beautiful, perfect expression of Divine Source energy. If that seems impossible, it is likely that you have not checked in with Source energy in a while.

We can do this in many ways, but one of the quickest and most easily accessible, is meditation. You need no special equipment. You can meditate in an elaborate temple, or at your work desk (if your situation permits). 

Meditation can help you to tolerate the challenges in your non-meditative life, and yet be more emotionally and mentally present to act appropriately on those situations. 

It can give you back control of your own life, which you imagined that you had lost. 

Even the medical community is pro-meditation as it has been found to relieve stress and lower blood pressure and heart rate. It has been practiced for thousands of years, because, it works.
