The emotion of anger is not bad. It is a signal that something is wrong. It has gotten a nasty reputation not because it exists, but because people sometimes act on it.
Emotions are a function of the right brain. The right brain is not logical. When you feel anger, you have switched on the right, illogical, side of your brain. It is not wrong to do this. This is a normal part of the human experience.
The problem is when we take action when we still have that right-brain switch turned on. This is when fights start, because our right brain tells us that lashing out at what seems to be the source of our anger will solve the problem. This may even appear to work for you in the short term, but even when it does, the other individual will be waiting to retaliate. This solves nothing. The angry emotions are just moving from place to place.
While your Angels can help even when a situation has spiraled out of control, they would much rather you learn to process your difficult emotions.
When you feel angry. Stop. Take a breath. Ask yourself, if the danger/attack situation is real. Mentally tell your anger, “Thank you. You have alerted me to the situation. I will deal with it appropriately now. You are dismissed.”
As you do this, your left, logical, brain will begin to take over and you can take (or not take) action as necessary.
Training yourself to stop, and look at the real source of your anger (usually a past situation or emotion), will eventually, switch off the individual trigger for good.
When you have done this, your Angels will be buzzing in your ear with assignments and ideas, for you will have truly earned your Lightworker wings.
