The Oak King

Today marks the longest day of the year. The summer solstice. In pagan tradition, two kings  battle during the year and eventually trade positions of dominance. The Oak King who you probably know as the Green Man, is dominant on this, the longest day of the year. Keeping it Clean for the Fairies

If you want to experience fairy energy, it's important to "keep it clean." When you are outside, always remember to dispose of garbage in an appropriate container and be respectful and careful around the animals who live outside. Keep an eye on campfires and don't dispose of cigarette butts in the grass. Indoors, strive to keep your house clean and organized. The Healing Power of Nature

When your work stress level is high, don't take a coffee break, take a nature break. Go outside, breathe the fresh air, walk, meditate or just hug a tree. This practice helps you ground and tune into the natural rhythms of nature. Even in our Angels Oasis store in historic Cocoa Village, we need a break. Fortunately, we are close to the Indian River Lagoon and can walk down there to enjoy the sound of the water and the dolphins and manatees that live there. Nature has healing properties. Take advantage of them when you can, you can't beat the price! And if you are walking by the Indian River in Cocoa, come by and see us!
