The Mercury Retrograde Workout


We are one week into Mercury Retrograde. Do you feel like you’ve been beaten up?

It’s not about beating you up, it’s about shaping you up.

How long would you stay with a personal trainer who said, “Oh, don’t worry, Sweetie, two crunches is plenty. Oh, you ate a cookie? Don’t feel bad, go have a piece of pie.”

You might enjoy it for a short time, but when your fitness level decreases, you will probably decide to spend your money elsewhere.

You might not enjoy a trainer who says, “Come on! That’s only fifty push ups, you can do more! Quit complaining!” but you are more likely to be satisfied with the results and eventually, be glad you followed their advice.

You have Angels and guides who love you more than you can ever know and are pushing you to succeed. If it feels rough, it is because that is how high their aspirations for you are.

Instead of fighting the emotions and changes that Mercury Retrograde brings, take a good hard look and ask your Angels, “What am I learning from this?” The more you can learn by observation, the less you will need to learn from challenging experiences.

The more you learn, the higher you can soar when Mercury goes direct. Your Angels want nothing less than for you to fly with them.

    Hello, I took pictures Saturday night and Sunday morning which has its of angels but every time I open the pictures they change color and position?
