If you have time for no other spiritual practice, don’t forget to breathe.
Even just a few minutes several times a day, take a deep breath. Use your Pyramid of Protection to bring in Divine light and allow all negativity, stress and any worries you have to flow out of you and be transmuted into love and light and sent to Mother Earth for her healing.
With every breath, you bring in Divine energy. When you breathe shallowly, you get less of this energy. This can cause distress, pain and hinder your spiritual growth.
We often hear others say, “Just breathe!” when we are in a stressful situation. It may seem annoying at times, but it is good advice.
Deep, slow breathing is like a communion with the Divine. It raises your vibration and makes it easier to see, hear and feel the signs that the Angels are sending you.
Stop, now! Take a deep breath. Feel it enter your body, not only from your nose and mouth, but from the top of your head. Breathe the energy down to your toes. Repeat a few more times, then go about your day. Be blessed!
