Use Your Words!

Habits are easy to form and hard to break. Especially when it comes to the things we say.

Do you often find yourself saying things like, "You make me sick! I'm tired of this! I can't live without my morning cup of coffee! I'd rather die than________.

Of course, you don't mean that literally, but things are manifesting quickly in these new energies and the words you use are very important.

When you use a sentence like, "It makes me angry when____," you give your power away to whatever you end that sentence with.

Do you really want to give someone or something negative the power over your emotions?

Instead try to resolve the issue.

"I wonder why I am reacting to _____this way?"

Not only have you taken your power back (I am reacting), but you have opened yourself up to getting an answer to resolving an emotional pattern that has been holding you back.

Think about your most common expressions and interactions. Do you give away your power with your words?

Think of how  you can change your language to empower yourself so that you can create whatever you speak into reality.

It is time to take responsibility for our emotions and our language. So, as they say in preschool, "Use your words!"
