When you are annoyed or angry with someone, it is tempting to say to them, “Why did you do that?”
To hold in anger is not healthy, but it helps no one to spread it around. The person you are criticizing will likely be angered or hurt by your statement and that pain will be needing a place to go.
Instead of asking another, “Why did you do that?” try asking yourself, “Why is this affecting me this way?”
Your Angels hear this question and immediately go to work to show you “why.”
Then the anger or pain can be diffused and healed.
Think of playing a game of hot potato. In one version, you have a mechanical potato that buzzes when it is “burning up.” The person holding it at that time must leave the circle. What if you took that potato and turned off the switch?
Then everyone could keep playing. For the sake of the game, not much fun, but a priceless gift to have in life.
